- •Does not predict cardioembolic stroke (always assess for AF)

- 📊 Stroke risk: 2 days (0-3: 1%, 4-5: 4%, 6-7: 8%)
- 📊 Stroke risk: 7 days (0-3: 1.2%, 4-5: 5.9%, 6-7: 11.7%)
- 🏥 Score ≥4: consider admission for urgent diagnostics
- 🧪 Complete workup: CT/MRI brain, carotid ultrasound, ECG, echocardiogram
- 💊 Start antiaggregation immediately if appropriate
- ⚠️ TIA is EMERGENCY: 10-15% will have stroke within 90 days
