- 📊 T-RTS = sum of codes (GCS + SBP + RR), range 0-12. Weighted formula for research/TRISS, NOT for operational triage.
- 🚁 Low T-RTS may support HEMS activation per local criteria (time, availability, safety)
- 🏥 T-RTS ≤11 + high-risk mechanism = physiological criterion for possible major trauma
- ⚠️ Reassess serially (more frequently if unstable or during prolonged transport)
- 📝 Document initial T-RTS and reassessments
